- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would love to write a good review... however... Prior to calling the dental office, I checked with the online provider listing to ensure they were listed as in-network with my insurance and they were. When I called on the phone I asked if they were accepting new patients. The answer, "yes we are". Once I mentioned my insurance I was told that, "they are not accepting new patients under my dental plan." I find this incredibly frustrating given their provider status is updated digitally (whether they are or are not taking new patients in a specific network) with my insurance. If they are not actually taking new patients for a specific network, it is their responsibility to update their status.January 07, 2017by Christopher C
