- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Thought they were great. Sent a huge bouquet of flowers after they told us we had to put our dog down. They said they felt so bad because we were like family and there was no charge. 4 months later they sent us a bill w a finance charge with no prior bill. We would've paid instantly but we were told that because our daughter worked there they wanted to do this for us. We paid for all our 3 kitties shots and declawing etc. Very rude. Now I'm questioning if our dog really needed to be put down:( I found out from other customers what they do to some of the animals in the back if they don't cooperate.
